States explained

recibido | Hacienda acknowledged receipt but has not validated it yet | No |
aceptado | Document is fiscally valid | Yes |
rechazado | Hacienda rejected it — see the message | Yes |
error | Technical failure (network, certificate, etc.) | No; it is retried |
anulado | Marked as voided in the database (not reported to Hacienda) | Yes |
Important:
anuladoin LX CloudPos does not void the document for tax purposes. To void it fiscally, you must issue a Credit Note that references the original key.
