Multi-tenancy

LX CloudPos is a multi-tenant platform: each customer (business) has its own isolated space, called a tenant.

• Each API key is tied to a single tenant.
• The system resolves which tenant the key belongs to without you needing to specify it.
• Data (products, customers, invoices) is private per tenant.

If your organization has multiple branches or legal entities, you need one key per tenant. Data must not be mixed between them.

Identifiers present in the responses

• id_sistema — the tenant’s internal short code (e.g. BS-001).
• clave — the document’s unique identifier (50 digits).
• numero_consecutivo — the issuer’s internal sequential identifier (20 digits).
