Numeric encoding

• Decimals: period (.), not comma. 12345.67, not 12345,67.
• Precision: 2 decimals for amounts. Divisions are rounded half-even (banking).
• Quantity: supports up to 3 decimals (1.500 liters).
• Do not use commas as a thousands separator. 1234567.89, not 1,234,567.89.
